Health is not the absence of disease, but a recognizable state of being, influenced by what we think, feel, and do, by the way we live our lives. We are healthy when we are balanced.

It's not helpful to view our physical and mental symptoms as enemies. They express struggles we're currently experiencing with our fundamental health and well-being. BalanceFlow is about returning to our underlying state of well-being.
