Step 4
Place the two "handles" on the Thera Cane on the outside of the upper thighs. Press apart with your legs. Move down the thighs and lower legs. Never press on the knees. Repeat.
You can use the ball of the Thera Cane for areas that are hard to reach. Remember to use leverage.
Step 5
Use the short projections on the Thera Cane to move down the back of the thighs. Sit forward on a chair and lean back for pressure. Do not press behind the knees.
For the lower legs, you can press the short projections into both legs, or you can use the ball of the Thera Cane on each leg separately. Repeat.
Step 6
Come up the inside of each leg with the Thera Cane.
You can use the ball at the curved end of the Thera Cane (with leverage) or you can use the ball at the straight end with direct pressure.
