Step 1
Use the Thera Cane in a line parallel to the spine from the bottom of the ribs to the tailbone. Apply pressure along two parallel lines on each side. Repeat. Do the other side.
Push the outer hand away from the body for leverage.
Step 2
Use the Thera Cane along the top of the hip, going from the midline, along the "belt line," and down the side of the leg to the hip joint.
Repeat, and then do the other side. If you prefer, you can press one of the short points on the Thera Cane directly into the hip and lean against a wall.
Step 3
Use the Thera Cane to move in a diagonal line across each buttock. Repeat, then do the other side.
You can also use the short points on the Thera Cane and press into a wall. For any of these first three steps, you can also use a tennis ball, pressing against a wall.
