Step 7
Gently tap fist across chest and down the inside of one arm. Tap up the outside of the arm. Change hands as you cross the chest, and repeat on the other arm.
You can also do this sequence with a brushing stroke or a circling motion.
Step 8
Hold four points around the eyes. You can also gently press in a circle around the eyes with your thumbs.
You can also hold other points on the face. Try pressing up under the cheek bones, circling on the jaw muscles, and circling at the temples.
Step 9
Rub yours hands together to build heat and energy.
Place your palms over your eyes. You can also exercise the eyes by looking in the eight directions and circling the eyes.
