Step 4
Use the Thera Cane along the inside edge of the shoulder blade, under the shoulder blade, and under the arm. Repeat, then do the other side.
Positioning the Thera Cane under the armpit may be easier for you than going over the shoulder.
Step 5
Press along three lines on the tops of both shoulders. Repeat.
If you use the Thera Cane, avoid pressing on the shoulder blade, and use the lower hand for leverage.
Step 6
Squeeze the inside of the arm from armpit to hand. Massage each finger. Then squeeze up along the outside of the arm.
Repeat, and then do the same on the other arm. Squeeze or pull on each finger when you reach the hand.
