Step 1
Five points along base of skull. Start at the center and move out. Repeat.
Tilt your head forward as you inhale. Lean back into your thumbs as you exhale.
Step 2
Squeeze fingers along spine from base of skull to bottom of neck. Do an inner line and an outer line on the opposite side from your arm. Do the other side of the neck.
You can also do this with the heel of your hand on the same side as your arm. Or interlace fingers and use thumbs. Do both inner and outer lines twice.
Step 3
Use the Thera Cane© in a line parallel to the spine, between the spine and shoulder blade. Go from the top of the shoulder blade to the bottom of the rib cage.
Apply pressure along two parallel lines on each side. Use the lower hand for leverage. Repeat on both sides.
